Chocolate Chip Cookies (Eggless)

If you are a chocolate lover, a chocolate chip cookie is exactly what you need to make anything better! This easy-to-follow recipe makes buttery gooey chocolate chip cookies, which you won’t be able to resist.

  1. Butt er – ½ cup, softened
  2. Both salted and unsalted butter can be you used. If you use unsalted butter don’t forget to add a pinch of salt to the dough.
  3. Sugar – 200g
  4. Either white or brown sugar can be used. Or a combination of the two can be used, so that a perfect texture is obtained. I’d suggest the use of 100g castor sugar and 100g soft brown sugar.
  5. Corn Flour/Corn Starch
  6. This would make the cookies, chewy. You can skip this ingredient if you want the cookies to be crunchy.
  7. Flax Seeds – 2 tablespoons
  8. This ingredient is used as an egg replacement. Grind two tablespoons of flax seeds. Add 1 tablespoon of water to it. Mix it well, and then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes.
